Reverie3D becomes the design and furnishing partner for a builder or developer's new construction. We design model homes, build branded Signature Collections for each development, visualize every unit, and install post-closing. Engagement structures range from preferred-partner status to multi-property portfolio partnerships.
A Signature Collection is a branded, fully-visualized interior design program built by Reverie3D for a specific development. Each Collection captures the soul of the place — its architecture, its setting, and the life it offers — and translates that identity into design language tailored for every floorplan. Buyers see a finished home that could only belong to your development, and walk into it installed on move-in day.
Three ways: Recommended Partner (we become your default design and furnishings partner), Branded Signature Collections (custom Collections built for your development), and Portfolio Partnership (multi-property engagement with co-branded marketing). Engagement terms scale to the size and ambition of the relationship.
Yes. Every Reverie3D partnership is powered by our internal builder platform — selection workflows, buyer engagement tracking, rendering versioning, install schedules, and partner reporting. It's infrastructure, included with partnership engagements.
Engagement structures scale with the size of the development and the depth of the partnership. We discuss commercial fit during the first conversation and tailor the proposal to your project.
How referrals work, what they cost, and what we protect.
You introduce us. We engage your buyer alongside the development or concierge process they're already in. You stay in the loop on the cadence you prefer — and your buyer arrives on move-in day to a complete home, on your recommendation.
No. The relationship stays with you. We're a service your buyer uses; we're not a competing advisor. Many of our agent relationships span multiple buyers over multiple years because the move-in moment becomes their next referral.
No commission on services in our typical agent referral. We offer formal partnership structures for brokerages with consistent referral volume — those are discussed on a per-relationship basis.
For listing agents working with a renovated property, luxury resale, or finished spec home, Reverie3D delivers a complete furnishing and styling pass — not staging. The listing photographs better, the property sells, and the buyer often keeps the design.

Reverie3D serves luxury homeowners across four moments: moving into a new build, beginning a new chapter, buying or finishing a second home, and giving a finished property a second act. We work directly with homeowners and alongside their builders, brokers, and designers.
We start with a discovery conversation, learn your home and your life, and build a photorealistic design you can review and refine before anything is ordered. We then handle every selection, order, vendor, and logistics step — and install in 2–5 days.
A typical engagement takes 8–14 weeks from first design call to install. Design phase is 2–3 weeks; selection review is roughly a week; fulfillment runs 3–10 weeks depending on whether furnishings are in-stock or custom-built; install is 2–5 days.
Reverie3D primarily serves homes valued at $2M and above. Multi-unit developments and trade partnerships are structured separately. We discuss fit during your first conversation.
Yes — and gladly. We work alongside leading luxury brokerages, builders, and design firms across our markets. If you're working with a team you already trust, we slot in without taking over. The relationships you have stay yours.
Of course. Many of our homeowners arrive with pieces they want to anchor the new home around — art, heirlooms, favorite furniture. We design with those pieces from the start, not around them at the end.

Our white-glove team coordinates delivery, placement, styling, and finishing in a 2–5 day window. Every piece of furniture, art, accessory, and finishing is delivered, placed, and styled before the homeowner arrives.
Customization is the norm, not the exception. Our Signature Collections are starting points, fully personalized through our concierge process. Custom commissions, bespoke furniture, art curation, and family heirloom integration are all part of how we work.
A move-in-ready home is a property delivered fully furnished, styled, and installed — buyers arrive with their keys and find a complete home. Reverie3D's move-in-ready programs include design, visualization, all furnishings and finishings, art and accessories, and a 2-to-5-day white-glove install.

Reverie3D actively serves Nashville, Sarasota and coastal Florida, Lake Tahoe, San Francisco, Chicago, and Bozeman — six featured U.S. markets with active builder, developer, and homeowner engagements.
Yes. We accept select projects across the United States — particularly luxury new construction, second-home developments, and renovation work in markets we've served before. We have delivered work in Reno, Atlanta, Santa Fe, Charleston, and Greenwich. Tell us about your project; we'll be honest about fit.
Reverie3D is headquartered in San Francisco. Local ambassadors are joining the team on a rolling basis through 2026 and into 2027 across our featured markets. Until each ambassador is in place, every project in that market is led by our core design team out of HQ, with regular on-site presence.
Park City is on the immediate target list with active scouting and partnership conversations underway. Additional markets activate as projects, partnerships, and ambassadors mature.
